Goldberry Roasting Company in Ashland is a small-batch roaster with an in-house coffee shop, a drive-thru and an event space for 30 to 60 people. It's sleek and minimal, with long tables and lots of light, and the roaster is visible from the counter. It's quiet on weekday mornings, good for reading or remote work.

Pour-overs come in 12 or 16 oz, ground to the cup. There's a quad-shot oat latte and apple cider chai in the fall. Food is locally sourced, like salads with Wooster produce and a maple-bacon scone. The syrups are house-made. They also do wholesale and private label.
