Good Coffee Roasting Company

Good Coffee Roasting Company has been on Main Street in Polson for years. It's cozy and rustic, with couches, booths, a rocking chair and rotating local art. There's an in-house bakery, and the menu leans on organic ingredients. Parking can be tight in summer.

The bread and chocolate chip cookies are the stars. There are breakfast sandwiches, quiche, coffee cake and a chicken pot pie. Lattes come with extra foam. Try a shot in the dark, or the toasted marshmallow or maple latte.
