About Grand Rapids Coffee Roasters
Grand Rapids Coffee Roasters is in a suite on Godfrey Avenue. Owner Craig has been in coffee 20 years and is on the roaster most days. It's small, with seats near the counter. There's no flavored latte menu. On Saturdays he hosts the Saturday Experience, a class on origins, roasting and brewing.
Get whatever Craig roasted that morning, ground for your V60 or pour-over.
