Cafe Femenino and Finca La Providencia round out the regulars. Beans ship freshly roasted-to-order, which is what you're paying for at this price point.

The customer base splits between coffee shops nationally that buy wholesale and home brewers who order direct. Either way, the model is shipping. They sell traceable organic single origins and document their sourcing. If you want to sit at a bar and drink an espresso pulled by the roaster, look elsewhere in Miami. The wholesale side is where most of the volume goes, which is why a cafe was never the point.
