Gun Barrel Coffee is a veteran-owned roaster on Stevens Street in Geneva. Saul roasts in-house. $1 from every purchase goes to veteran and first responder charities. The shop is small, more bean counter than café, and the sign is easy to miss.

Zero Dark 30 is the dark roast, Cold Dead Hands is medium and Stand To is light. Battleship is the everyday blend, R&R is decaf and there's Horah. They sell K-cups, and local delivery and shipping are fast.
