Haven Coffee Roasters is in downtown Winter Haven. The decor changes monthly, from Star Wars to holidays. There's indoor and outdoor seating, live music on Saturdays and occasional market days.
They roast on-site in view, on a roaster named Lazarus, including Ethiopia and Colombia. There are pour-overs, cold brew and seasonal drinks. The chai uses their own spice blend. The Haven Latte has roasted marshmallow. Beans are for sale.
