Hello Em Việt Coffee & Roastery

Hello Em Việt Coffee & Roastery is at the edge of Seattle's Little Saigon. There's a vintage moped, rice hats, community art and a small Vietnamese library. They roast robusta in-house in view. Outlets are blocked to keep it social. Seating is inside and out.

Try the Cà Phê Brûlée with torched egg cream or the Cà Phê Chuối with banana and coconut. The nem nướng bánh mì is a favorite. There are pandan croissants, and mango mochi clouds on Fridays. Bags are for sale.
