About Herkimer Coffee
Herkimer Coffee has been in Seattle's Phinney Ridge since 2003. It's clean and bright, with window bar stools, tables and a few outdoor seats. You can see the roaster through a window. The owner sometimes gives tours and Espresso 101 sessions.
The espresso is smooth and balanced. There are single-origin drips and a house blend. The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is a favorite bag. Pastries come from local bakeries.
