Herst Coffee Roasters

Herst Coffee Roasters is in Lido Marina Village in Newport Beach. It's bright and minimal, with a fireplace lounge inside and a patio outside. There's no wifi, so it's more of a place to sit and talk. Weekends get busy.

They roast in-house. The Spanish Latte is the signature drink, and the chai is simmered daily in a copper pot. Get a chocolate croissant or one of their homemade "pop tarts" with it.

The baristas are happy to walk you through the menu or talk about how they roast. Bags of beans are for sale, and they offer a subscription too. Prices fit the neighborhood.
