HEY Coffee Co. has served coffee in New Orleans since 2009. This corner shop is on St. Louis Street by the Lafitte Greenway. It's bright, with a few tables inside and chairs outside. Some staff play in the band Bad Operation. They also sell THC drinks.

They roast on-site, and Tom will talk about the beans. Syrups are house-made. Try the salted vanilla cold brew, a cortado or the seasonal latte. There are biscuits.
