Hidden River Coffee Roasters is in a converted house at the edge of downtown Camas, with a wraparound porch, umbrella tables and a rough-hewn bar inside. There's free wifi, and it's good for catching up or working.

They roast small batches to order, light to dark. The macadamia nut latte with espresso whipped cream is a favorite. The ham and cheese croissants and breakfast sandwiches are popular, and there are gluten-free options. Beans are sold by the bag, with free grinding, and online. They have a Coffee Club, wholesale and private label.
