Huckleberry Roasters is a Denver roaster with eight cafés. The Wheat Ridge one on W 38th Ave is modern and mostly white, with outlets, a front patio, its own parking lot and a drive-thru that also handles burrito pickups. Weekend mornings can mean a longer wait, so weekday mid-mornings are quickest. Dogs get biscuits at the window.

The spicy chai is the regulars' pick, and the matcha's good. Try the cold brew limeade in summer, or the iced latte with Earl Grey and blackberry bramble preserves. Seasonal lattes and a winter mocha rotate. You can shop beans online, with subscriptions.
