Hudson Coffee Company

Hudson Coffee Company is around the corner from the Keansburg beach. It's mainly a wholesale roastery, with a small walk-up counter and a little outdoor seating that fills up on summer weekends. It's a sister to Hudson Cafe in Atlantic Highlands. It's cash only.

The scones are the food to get. The Nutella strawberry and vanilla bean go fast, so come early. Coconut cold brew is the summer drink, the Summer Smash is popular, and in fall the pumpkin coffee takes over. The menu's short and the line moves quickly.

Dogs are fine at the outdoor tables. It's a good place to grab a coffee and a scone on the way to the beach.
