Illumine Coffee - Nora

Illumine Coffee's Nora shop on Westfield Road is run by an Indianapolis craft roaster that also does subscriptions and wholesale. As of May 2026 it was cash-only, and there's an order-ahead system to speed up mornings. It's an open space with plants up front, and lots of solo laptop workers arrive early to grab a table.

The syrups are house-made, like pumpkin spice and brown sugar. The blackberry brown sugar shaken espresso is the drink people come for, and the maple latte is a staff favorite. The cold brew has fans, and the iced matcha isn't too sweet. The cinnamon roll is made on-site, and there's a cinnamon-roll-flavored coffee to go with it.

There's wifi and outlets, and it's quiet enough between rushes to take a call. Tables fill up, so come early.
