Independent Bean Roasters

Independent Bean Roasters is Hendersonville's first single-origin craft roaster, focused on farm-to-mug coffee. It's small and cozy, with a few seats and no wifi, so it's mostly a grab-and-go shop. There's a bakery next door for pastries.

The Sumatra dark roast is the bean to try. The nitro cold brew is great, the syrups are homemade and the iced lavender latte is a favorite. The owners will talk you through what they're pouring.
