Indie Coffee Roasters is in a converted house on Main Street in Carmel. It's bright, with communal tables, armchairs, outdoor seats, reliable wifi and lots of outlets. Parking is behind the building and on the street. Weekend mornings are busy.
They roast small batches, mostly light. The Ethiopian Gera Estate has blueberry notes. The pour-over menu has several single origins, including naturals. Bags are 10 oz, about $20, roasted within a week or two.
