About Infusco Coffee
Infusco Coffee has roasted in Southwest Michigan for 10 years, supplying local restaurants and cafés. They have cafés in Sawyer and St. Joseph. Sawyer has tables, a U-shaped bar, armchairs, picnic tables out front, free wifi and outlets. You can see the roaster through a window.
The Ethiopian and Sumatra Mandheling are favorites. The cortado is popular, and Warren Woods is a seasonal blend. The chai is great. Bags have roast dates, and they ship, with subscriptions.
