Ingenious Coffee Roasters

Ingenious Coffee Roasters is a family-owned roastery in downtown Marion, with owner Eli roasting in the same room. It's bright and spacious, with an invention theme, couches and tables inside and out, a book-swap shelf, lots of outlets and fast wifi. There's occasional live music, and dogs get treats.

Try the Brazilian Peaberry or Bali Blue Moon as a pour-over. The Mocha Blaster and Butter Pecan Latte are the signatures, and there's cold brew. Dark chocolate-covered coffee beans make a good gift. Sometimes there are chocolate cinnamon rolls. They do wedding favors and custom orders.
