Intuition Coffee + Juice

Intuition Coffee + Juice is a family-owned shop in a historic building in downtown Peoria. It's bright, with local art, plants, corners, communal tables and a wildflower area with picnic tables outside. The roaster is on display.

They roast in-house. Try a pour-over or the seasonal mushroom latte. Juices are cold-pressed, and syrups are house-made. The Dragon Berry Bowl and ricotta toast are favorites, and there are overnight oats to go. Bags are for sale here.
