Island Joes Coffee and Gallery

Island Joe's in Corpus Christi is built from shipping containers. It's bright and colorful, with a beachy feel. There are couches, café tables and a coffee bar inside, a courtyard outside, and an upper deck with ocean views. Wifi's free.

They roast on-site. The Guatemalan Antigua is one of the house coffees, and every bag is marked with its roast date. For drinks, the Island Girl latte and the Frozen Tidal Wave are popular. The cinnamon rolls and cucumber toast are the food favorites.

They're involved in the community too. Bring in beach trash you've picked up and you'll get a free coffee, and there are QR codes on the tables for charity donations.
