Island Roasters Coffee Company

Island Roasters Coffee Company in New Smyrna Beach roasts right on-site where you can see it, and you'll smell it as you walk up. Inside, it's small, with a few bistro tables, a wall of fresh beans and a wall of teas and coffee gear. There's outdoor seating where you can watch the roaster through the windows.

The Honey Badger is the signature drink, with honey, vanilla and cinnamon. Iced drinks come with coffee ice cubes so they don't get watered down. There are house-made muffins in fun flavors and fresh deli sandwiches.

There's a big selection of single origins and blends, and the Costa Rican and Peruvian are favorites. Beans are sold by the pound, whole or ground for you. The staff know their stuff and are friendly.
