Jitters is in the old North Chili Post Office. It's been renovated recently but kept its historic character, with comfy booths and a covered patio for warm months.

The dirty chai and the Cuban coffee are favorites, and seasonal specials rotate through. Food is made in-house, like the Southwestern breakfast sandwich and chicken salad on a croissant. Service is quick, so it works for a sit-down or grab-and-go.

There are tables and roomy booths, and it's calm enough to talk or get some work done. Emily and her staff make people feel welcome.
