Joe Sippers Cafe

Joe Sippers Cafe is a locally owned coffee bar, kitchen and roastery in downtown Effingham, the town's original coffee shop. There are cozy corners, big tables, a quieter back area and local art on the walls.

They roast in-house, and you can see the roaster in a back room. Highlander Grogg is the signature blend. The breakfast wraps are a favorite, and the roasted red pepper bisque comes in handmade mugs. Try the black bean salsa and chips. There are sandwiches, salads and soups too. They do catering, online orders and local delivery.
