J.P. Licks started in Jamaica Plain in 1981 and now has 16 stores around Greater Boston. The original JP store has the cow head sign, leather seats, outdoor tables and free wifi. It's open until midnight.
They roast coffee in-house. It's also known for homemade ice cream, hard yogurt, ice cream cakes and pastries, all made at the JP store.
