Just Coffee Cooperative is a worker-owned roaster on Orin Road in Madison. All of its coffee is fair trade, organic and shade grown. It's a roastery, not a drop-in counter.
Revolution Roast and La Luz are the main blends. Ride On and Bike Fuel are for cyclists. Decaf Lite is the decaf. H-E-B and Sugar Beet co-op carry it, and they ship, with subscriptions.
