Kamiak Coffee Company

Kamiak Coffee Company is a Pacific Northwest roaster on North Almon Street in Moscow. Tyler handles customer service, and orders come with handwritten notes. Most of it ships nationally. Moscow folks can pick up. It's a workspace, not a café. They offer subscriptions, wholesale and brew guides.

The blends are named for Western mountains. Grand Teton is the dark one, plus Cascade and Lassen. There's a Nicaragua single origin and a decaf. The four-roast sampler is a good start.
