Kean Coffee

Kéan Coffee is an Orange County coffeehouse and roaster founded by Martin and Karen Diedrich and named after their son. Martin grew up in Guatemala, where his family owned a small coffee farm, and founded the Diedrich Coffee chain before leaving it to return to independent coffeehouse roasting.

Kéan roasts on site daily, buying from smallholder farmers, many of whom it has had personal relationships with since the 1970s. It has two coffeehouses in Orange County and an online shop, and it offers wholesale.
