Kings Peak Coffee Roasters

Kings Peak Coffee Roasters is a family-owned roaster café at 412 S 7th W, Suite 140, in Salt Lake City. It's open 7am to 2pm weekdays and 8am to 2pm weekends. There's exposed brick, tall windows, tables, a couch, a vinyl nook in an old elevator, rotating local art, free wifi and outlets.

They roast small batches, from Costa Rica, El Salvador and Guatemala. Pour-overs are worth the wait, and there's nitro on tap. The Bob Marley toast has banana and almond butter, and there's avocado toast and house pastries. They ship nationwide.
