Knoxville Coffee Company roasts on Sutherland Avenue, with a fresh batch every Friday, and their subscription is built around it. The room is open and bright, with plenty of seating and branded coffee bags as decor and seat covers. The staff are happy to talk about what's roasting.

Black Bear is the flagship blend, low in acid with strong crema. It's good as drip or a flat white. There's also a Yirgacheffe, a medium-roast four-pack and a sampler to help you choose.
