About Koffi
Koffi is a Palm Springs coffee company with four high-volume cafes and a roastery. It roasts more than 100,000 pounds of green coffee a year.
Its bakery and food commissary at Koffi Central produces more than 800 items a day, including pastries, breakfast sandwiches, salads and parfaits, delivered to its cafes each morning. Blends such as Breakfast Blend and American Espresso are sold online with subscriptions, and wholesale is offered.
