About La Brûlerie
La Brûlerie was founded in 1997 as Café La Brûlerie and was the first roasting house in the Outaouais region of Quebec. It roasts coffee on site every day in Gatineau.
Its coffee is sold at more than 50 points of sale in Gatineau, including convenience stores, grocers and restaurants. It also offers cold brew, teas, herbal teas, business services and online sales.
