La Casa de Cabana

La Casa de Cabana is on NJ-23 in Wayne, and the walls are covered with the names of regulars' dogs. Bruce and Katie run it, and Adam's a barista people mention often. More than one regular calls it their favorite coffee in New Jersey.

They roast their own beans, and the pour-over is the best way to taste them. For something sweeter, there's a crème brûlée iced latte, a London fog matcha and a maple latte. The regular lattes and espresso are good too.

The room's warm and full of character, with comfy seats, and there's outdoor seating that was added in recent years. It can get packed. Parking's easy. Note that online ordering is off on weekends.
