The service has become the consistent sore spot in recent visits. Multiple regulars describe baristas who come across as pretentious, dismissed customers, or just short across the counter. The variance is real and not a one-time anecdote. If you are picking up a bag of beans or grabbing your subscription, this matters less, because the interaction is short and the product is the bag, not the room. If you wanted somewhere to sit and stay, both the seating limits and the service complaints argue against it.
