About
About La Vela Coffee Roasters and Catering
La Vela Coffee Roasters and Catering is a working roastery in a Miami Gardens warehouse, not a café. Marc, Salomon and Mack welcome walk-ins with a tour and samples. They also do espresso catering for events and supply businesses. Their beans are a best seller at Shanti Kava bar in St. Augustine.
Select Roast and Gold Blend are the house blends. They'll pull an espresso or cappuccino so you can taste before buying. Single-origin bags are roasted that week, and they deliver.
