Lake City Coffee LLC - Coeur d'Alene, Idaho

Lake City Coffee LLC is an online-only roaster in Coeur d'Alene, run by Russell and Alisha. They send a personal thank-you email, and their site has guides on roasting and storage.

The low-acid dark roast is a good first pick. White Lightning light roast smells like peanut butter when ground. There's a medium-roast sampler and subscriptions.
