LaShaw Ranch Roasters

LaShaw Ranch Roasters, formerly Tom Sawyer Country Coffee from Spokane, is now in Rockford, WA under new owners. The roaster is in full view. Vintage tins, packages, grinders and coffee pots are on the walls. A big garage door opens to a dog-friendly patio, and there's a conference room.

Flights are a good way to try several coffees. Viking Dark is the best seller, and Blondie is a smooth darker roast. There's nitro cold brew with cinnamon, a turmeric golden latte, smoothies and ice cream. Try the caramel pretzel.
