Ledger Coffee Roasters

Ledger Coffee Roasters is a minimal counter inside the Garver Feed Mill, a restored former sugar factory near Olbrich Gardens. There's almost no seating at the counter itself, so grab your drink and sit somewhere in the Mill or on the patio.

The espresso and pour-overs show off the roasting. Try the pistachio lavender latte or the vanilla chai latte. The vegan donuts from Level 5 are a big draw. An iced 16 oz vanilla latte is about $8. They offer subscriptions.
