Libra Coffee Roasters is Eric Medina's small Oceanside roastery, where you can watch the beans roast. There isn't always a barista bar, so call before you go. Eric is happy to explain the process. They also sell at farmers markets.

They roast small-batch organic single origins. The Kenya espresso is a favorite. When the bar's open, there's cold brew and pour-over. They make a portable pour-over device called the POURtable. Every subscription bag funds a water filter.
