Lighthouse Roasters Fine Coffees has roasted in Seattle since 1993. It's a small corner shop in Fremont with a back patio. The cast iron roaster runs all day. There's no wifi. Dogs are welcome. Weekends get busy.
The espresso has chocolate notes. Roaster's Choice is a favorite. Beans are sold in the shop and online.
