Lima Coffee Roasters

Lima Coffee Roasters is a family business that has roasted small-batch coffee in Fort Collins, Colorado since 2018. It runs three coffee shops: Old Town, Campus West, and Midtown, which also houses the roastery.

Lima offers everything from espresso blends to single origins for pour-over and chooses Fair Trade and Organic coffees when possible. Coffee and subscriptions are sold online, and it also offers wholesale and a mobile espresso bar for weddings and events.
