About Local Joe
Local Joe Coffee Roasters is a Black-owned roasting company founded in Honolulu in 2015 by Charles Asselbaye, a Peet's-trained roastmaster born in France. It sources, roasts, blends and brews its own coffee, using a roasting process with Hawaiian volcanic water.
Local Joe has a cafe with a coffee menu.
