Lost + Found Coffee Company

Lost + Found pulls Black & White Roasters espresso and pairs it with their own small-batch in-house coffee, which is the kind of two-pronged program that signals the owners care about both their roast and what is happening in specialty more broadly. Collin and Kelsey run the place. They moved out of Relics to a standalone Tupelo storefront in early 2021, and the room they built is clean modern industrial with enough warmth that the edges do not bite. Most attempts at this aesthetic feel like a dentist office. This one does not.

The rotating bank of seasonal house creations is called The Lab, and that is where the kitchen plays. Salted butterscotch latte. Maple cinnamon iced latte. Whatever lands on the chalkboard that month and rotates out before you get tired of it. The classics are dialed too: vanilla latte, cortado, mocha, cold brew, the iced latte ordered solo with one shot if you want espresso forward without the milk taking over.

Food is bagel-anchored and committed to it. Cinnamon bagel with honey cream cheese. Blueberry bagel with honey cream cheese. Avocado toast with strawberries on top, which sounds wrong on paper and works on the plate. The bagels are real and the cream cheese is the right move; do not overthink the order.

The room is spacious for its footprint, with plenty of seating, music in the background that does not push conversation, and a communal jigsaw puzzle in progress that customers add pieces to whenever they walk by. Noise stays tolerable even when it gets crowded, which is harder than it sounds in a small cafe. Collin will talk coffee with you if you want to learn something about the espresso program or the small-batch side. Parking gets tight in the rain, which is worth knowing on a Mississippi storm day when nobody wants to walk three blocks. Otherwise, this is the Tupelo coffee stop and the bar by which other shops in town get judged.
