Ceremonial matcha from Kettl is a big part of the menu. Hinata is floral (try it with half-and-half and orange blossom honey), and Uji is nuttier (best with dairy). Regulars order the Snow, the Praline, the Balboa and the black sesame mocha. Get a scone on the side. You can buy Kettl matcha to take home, and prices run premium.
