Manchester Coffee Co. is a Lexington, Kentucky roaster that roasts with respect to origin. Its East End location at The MET opened in 2021 and offers espresso and filter coffee, pastries, tea and non-alcoholic drinks, with an up-close view of the roasting.

Its coffees include Ethiopia Bura Charge, its flagship for filter and espresso, and the fruit-forward Ethiopia Bura Hamasho. Wholesale is offered.
