Maple Leaf Coffee Roasters' Roselle shop on Irving Park Road is roastery only. There's no brewed coffee, kitchen or seating. Alex will ask how you brew and point you to a bag.
They roast small batches in-house for retail and wholesale. Bags move fast, so roast dates are recent, and prices are fair. Light roasts are a good start. A monthly coffee club rotates selections.
