Maps Coffee & Chocolate

Maps Coffee & Chocolate is a roaster and chocolate maker in Old Town Lenexa. Owner Vincent has more than 30 years in coffee, and the roaster sits front and center. He and the staff love explaining how it works. It's a small, cozy shop with seating and outlets, and it can fill up at busy times.

Popular beans include the Emerald of the Andes Colombian medium roast and Temple of the Jaguar. There are seasonal and single-origin options too, and the light roasts are especially good. The chocolate's made on-site. Try samples like spicy chili dark or London Fog.

They sell beans in the shop and by monthly subscription with free shipping (Milk Blend, Sprint Espresso and more). They hold roasting classes now and then.
