Martin Henry Coffee Roasters is a roastery on Inter Avenue in Puyallup, with a walk-up counter and a subscription service. Their site says everything is roasted fresh to an exact profile by their Master Roaster. They send spent grounds and old burlap to the Fruitland Grange community garden for compost and ground cover.
Light roasts are their specialty. If you can't decide between espresso blends, the staff will send free comparison samples so you can try them side by side. Most regulars buy through monthly auto-ship, and holiday gift bags come out in season.
