About Meeting Waters Coffee Roastery
Meeting Waters Coffee Roastery is a family-run, small-batch roaster established in 2016 in the village of Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia. It uses Fairtrade, organic or Rainforest Alliance Arabica beans.
The beans are roasted on a 10-pound gas-fired Toper roaster, usually 40 pounds of a roast at a time, judged by sight, smell and sound rather than computer control. Light, medium and dark roasts are sold at its cafe and online, and wholesale is offered.
