Mercer's Fresh Roasted Coffee Cafe is a small-batch roaster and café owned by Jackie, set back from Route 41. It's bright and open, with tables, couches and armchairs, fast wifi, seating inside and out and plenty of parking.

The house-roasted coffee is clean and never bitter, in a range of roast levels and origins. Beans are sold by the full pound. The nitro cold brew is a regulars' favorite, and Joel is a barista people mention. The spinach egg wrap and fresh pastries are popular. Online orders over $50 ship free.
