Mildfire Coffee Roasters opened in San Antonio, Texas in 2005 on the idea that quality coffee shouldn't come with a side of snobbery. The shop imports, roasts and serves its own coffee and espresso drinks.
Mildfire roasts every week and pulls bagged coffee off the shelf after ten days to keep it fresh.
